You bid on how many dice of a certain face exist across the entire table, and the next player must either raise the bid or call you a liar. The choice comes down to pure probability versus how well you can keep a straight face while lying about having four wild stars. When someone is called out, everyone reveals their dice, and the loser drops a die into the center. It drags a bit when you are down to two players, but the shouting matches make it worth it.
