1. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (subject to applicable law).

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Generally, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging and resalable condition. Certain products (such as opened games, pre-orders, or personalized items) may be non-returnable except where required by law.

6. User Content and Reviews

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your province of residence.
