Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within **1–3 business days** after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods or new release launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship across all of Canada using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, with occasional use of FedEx or Canpar for larger orders.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.
Delivery Estimates (Canada)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Remote areas / Northern territories: 7–14 business days
Shipping to the United States
We offer competitive flat-rate shipping to the continental United States. Delivery usually takes **5–10 business days** from the date of shipment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at checkout where possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–25 business days).
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
All packages are carefully inspected and securely packed before leaving our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly — offering a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
