1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
- Unused and in its original, unopened packaging;
- In original resalable (new) condition with all components, accessories, and documentation;
- Not damaged due to customer handling.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally **non-returnable** (except where required by applicable consumer protection laws):
- Board games or products with broken shrink-wrap or opened seals;
- Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items;
- Digital content, downloadable games, gift cards, or vouchers;
- Pre-order items once released;
- Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-Returnable”;
- Products damaged by misuse or improper handling.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us **immediately** (within 48 hours of delivery when possible). We will cover the return shipping costs and either:
- Send a replacement at no extra charge, or
- Issue a full refund including the original shipping cost.
4. Return Process

- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us;
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging;
- Ship the return to the address provided with your RMA.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days;
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment;
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items);
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in certain cases where permitted by law.
6. Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges where stock is available. Please follow the same return process and indicate your desired replacement product in your email. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Shipping Costs and Risk of Loss
You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us in good condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Risk of loss during return shipping remains with the customer until the item is received by us.
